Title Deed Loan

A Title Deed loan facility offered to individuals who need an urgent financial boost and have a valid title deed to secure the amount. The interest rate is 10% on reducing balance for a maximum duration of 24 months. We finance up to a maximum of 40% of the forced value of the property or so customized according to the client needs.
